Simon Cilia

With extensive experience in sports and hospital settings, I am a dedicated physiotherapist committed to enhancing individuals’ well-being through evidence-based rehabilitation. From 2003 to 2021, I served in various sports roles, including working with esteemed football clubs such as Valletta FC, Malta Under 21, and others, where we achieved significant milestones and focused on injury prevention and recovery. In hospital settings, I specialised in amputee rehabilitation, working across medical, orthopaedic, surgical, mental health, and neuro-rehabilitation wards, and extended my expertise to treat injured refugees. I hold a Master’s degree in Amputee Rehabilitation and Prosthetics from the University of Southampton, and I am committed to continuous learning and educating others in the field to promote the delivery of exceptional care and positive health and wellbeing.

Brian Galea

Fitness Trainer

I’m a certified fitness trainer and an active athletes who loves helping my clients achieve their goals and stop falling for misinformation. With over 20 years in the field, I’m here to help you achieve your desired results. My fitness journey as a trainer began 12 years ago when my football career ended and I decided to join my family run boxing and fitness gym. The experience taught me that anything can be accomplished through hard work, consistency and proper professional guidance. That is what led me to become a fitness trainer.

Today, I help clients with setting fitness plans and reaching their goals, be it a recovery from an injury, losing weight, keeping fit etc. Just reach out, and let’s chat about your goals and how I can help.
